An exciting label decorates this soft cheese which is made from cow’s milk from the Bernese Jura.
The focus is on the eye (oeil) which gives the product its name. It represents keeping an eye on our region which, besides agriculture (symbolised by stylised animals) is renowned for its extensive watch-making tradition, as the label also shows.
L’Oeil de Crosin undergoes a slightly longer maturation process and thus has a pronounced flavour. It is ideally suited as a dessert cheese with a delicious glass of dessert wine.
